Company

Simulent Inc., a Toronto based engineering and consulting company, provides a Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) software and related services to industries involved in the design, development and utilization of various types of nozzles, spray atomizers, filling systems and various types of coatings.

Established in 1993 as a consulting firm, Simulent developed a software based on numerous inquiries and requests by clients and customers as a user friendly and accurate tool for simulating liquid flows involving free surfaces and solidification. Simulent has been able to successfully develop, test and verify solutions for free surface flows.

In 2005, due to the market demand and company interest in offering a variety of services to different industries, Simulent Inc. was split into three divisions:

 

Management

Simulent Inc. founders and senior management are a mix of academic and industry practitioners with more than 100 years of collective senior experience. Team members have strong capabilities in strategic planning, marketing and operational execution and have continuously contributed in the field of thermal-fluid, Computational fluid Dynamics, thermal spray coating, Plasma, spraying systems, and gasification technologies.
